Welcome to the "Why Use this Site?" page

If you have come to this site, it's most probably because you have a complaint about service from a company or organisation and they won't listen to you. They have ignored your expression of dissatisfaction and you are now angry about the bad service you received.

nocustomerservice.com has been set up specifically to allow people like you to share their experiences of bad customer service. If you feel like the business or organisation is not listening to you, then tell us your complaint. They might listen or take notice if your complaint about them goes public on our web site.

What is a customer?

You are a customer if you are anyone to whom a business or organisation does or may supply a service or product of any kind.

You do not need to have purchased a product or service to be a customer.

For example, you are a customer if you are responding to advertisements, or seeking information on a product you wish to purchase or a service you may need or wish to receive.

You may have raised your complaint with a business or organisation and they have not taken your complaint seriously. You may have also returned to the business or organisation and they still won't listen to your complaint or deal with it in a way that satisfies you.

You may have heard some of these classic comments when you told them you were dissatisfied:

"Well no one else has complained…"
"That is the way we do it…"
"That is the policy.."
"There is nothing I can do to help you.."
"You're just a difficult customer…"
"You can't complain because this service is free..." (From government organisations)

It is important for businesses to know what customers have complaints about. If a business or organisation knows the basis of complaints about it, it can improve the way it treats its customers.

So, don't get mad, get even. Bring your complaint to us and we'll publish it on the web. Maybe then they'll listen to you.
